The duration of the individual treatment is significantly longer because the work is deeper and much more intensive. The tissue structure of the muscles and fasciae are treated myofascial and neuromuscular along the entire movement chain according to biomechanical principles in intensive manual body work.
Even stubborn inflammations, adhesions and knots that need to be treated deep in the tissue are resolved. Muscles and tendons become elastic and can be moved painlessly again. Where the body previously felt cramped, stiff and firm, a new sense of movement of lightness and freedom sets in. The life energy increases rapidly and my patients gain a high quality of life due to the freedom from pain.
Where vertebrae have shifted due to the hard, sticky muscle structure, they can only be successfully manipulated chiropractically after the tissue structure has been freed. Without the intensive, deep treatment of the muscle and connective tissue and the consideration of the biomechanics as well as the overall statics, chiropractic cannot provide effective (can turn into the opposite) or always only provide short-term relief because the tissue acts like an elastic band and the straightened vertebrae is shifted again due to the enormously built-up wrong pulling tension of the tissue.
A pain and inflammation condition has usually developed over a long period of time and, depending on the condition, is resolved very efficiently and permanently in 10 to 30 hours of treatment with my unique treatment method.
My treatment method also has a very positive effect on the acid-base balance of the body. A high level of stress always causes an excessively acidic environment. Acid tissues and joints hurt. Stress often leads to inflammation, adhesions and knots in the tissue.
My treatment method of MHR® therapy regularly means that patients can cancel their surgery because the permanently pain-free function could be restored through my developed MHR® therapy. The body axes are regulated and inconsistencies are straightened out.
In the treatment I regularly use Gua Sha Fa to improve blood circulation and metabolism as well as the ancient art of cupping when the tissue is cramped, hardened and sticky.
My developed vagus therapy to harmonize the nervous system is very helpful for stress-related complaints. Inner tensions are immediately released and deep relaxation sets in, which otherwise can only be achieved from the 3rd week of vacation. That is how long the nervous system needs to regulate. With the VHR® treatment I developed for deep relaxation of the nervous system, you will achieve unbelievably fast, lasting deep relaxation.
Resetting the nervous system has proven itself in cases of tension in the jaw muscles, headaches, tics and psychosomatic complaints such as gastrointestinal problems. I also regularly use my vagus therapy very successfully in my trauma therapy for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorders.
This range of therapies is not covered by statutory health insurances and only rarely by private insurance companies. It is unique and has not yet been listed under a billing number in any therapeutic products catalog. MHR® therapy is more intensive than conventional manual therapy.
